Its very easy you just need to go the GTMetrix Website type your website name click Go and then GTMetrix will take some time to analyze your website and provide you the performance report as below

As you can see in above image AIK IT Support Scores 85% which is not to bad as B Grade as we are looking forward to get a best performance – so we must score A Grade, we get best possible chance to get Google Page Rank of our website.

Once you have done the set up options then click save all settings

Again you may go to the GTMetrix website to test out the result after this
